When will my order arrive?

Order preparation normally takes 1–2 business days after payment authorization, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

Can I return an unused item?

Yes. Eligible new and unused products, as well as defective or incorrectly supplied items, may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Exchanges are accepted subject to approval and stock. See our Refund Policy.

How do returns work?

Contact us first for approval. Eligible mailed returns use the free prepaid label included in the parcel, and no restocking fee is charged.

When is a refund started?

Approved refunds are processed or initiated within 10 days; financial institutions may take longer to post the funds.
