Refund Policy

Requests within 30 days

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Eligible new, unused products in their original condition may be returned for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items may also be reported.

Approval before mailing

Email wigotunuhovo49@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video when the item has a problem. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything back.

Return label and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel for eligible returns. If it is missing, contact us for help. Use it only after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges depend on review and available inventory.

Refund timing

After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
